Grameen Foundation hosted ACAD’s Finance fifth board meeting for 2019 in Paris on Thursday (19th of September 2019) with the attendance of all board members. ACAD’s Finance Chairman, Mr. Adnan Faramand, welcomed Mr. Jurgen Hammer at the beginning of the meeting for joining the board as an independent member. The meeting resulted in number of decisions aiming at developing the institution and human resources in the company, capital and leverage, restructuring the social performance management committee and strengthening the relationship with the Palestinian Monetary Authority. In addition, the board listened to a report from the Chairman and CEO on the latest developments regarding the merging with Reef Company.
