Social Performance

ACAD Finance is committed to provide a high level of customer service. In line with the SMART Client Protection Principle (CPP 1) and with the Universal Standard for Social Performance management (USSPM 3), ACAD Finance take adequate care to design products and delivery channels in such a way that they do not cause clients harm and that are appropriate to clients’ needs.

Team Training:

ACAD social management team aimed to attain the best practices of social performance management and client protection principles through all levels of ACAD Finance team. ACAD employees have been trained by an external social expert from Frankfort School on the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management (USSPM). The object of the training was to raise awareness about social performance management, global standards for the management of social performance, and customer’s protection. Therefore the expert focused on training them on the Social Performance Management Concept and the Client Protection Principles. The training helped the employees to understand the importance of social performance management. And taught them the best practices in social performance management.

The Social Performance Management Committee is directed by Mr. Jurgen Hammer.
