The Arab Center for Agricultural Development (ACAD), a Palestinian organization specializing in financing small and micro enterprises in Palestine, received a "B" credit rating.
A team of experts from the Indian M-CRIL company - a global leader in the rating of microfinance institutions - and with support from the French Agency AFD, carried out the assessment. The experts conducted a thorough examination of the administrative, financial, corporate, and governance aspects in ACAD as well as field visits to the branches and beneficiaries.
The categorization revealed that ACAD received a "B" rating despite the political and economic environment in which it has been operating for many years.
