    ACAD, the Arab Center for Agricultural Development is a Palestinian non- profit non- governmental organization that has been officially registered in Jerusalem since 1993, and also registered by Palestinian National Authority since 2001 according to Palestinian Law.

The Arab Center for Agricultural Development Honors Former Board Member Mr. Ghalib Hantoli

Thursday 10th October, 2013 the branch manager of the Arab Center for Agricultural Development- Gaza, Mr. Muhsen Abu Ramadan, honored the former board member Mr. Ghalib Hantoli, expressing gratitude for his work on behalf of Chairman of the Board, it’s members, and the general manager, Mr. Samir Barghouthi.

The Arab Center will hold a workshop entitled "The role of farmers' committees in the popular resistance and boycott of Israeli goods" in Gaza

Activists and specialist have emphasized the importance of promoting a culture of boycott of Israeli products as well as the strengthening of a national economic vision. Calling for the strengthening of alternatives via popular solidarity movements on the international scale, and by encouraging the younger generation to be a part of the culture of avoidance of using Israeli products, and the continuance of persecuting the Israeli occupation and all its organizations in cooperation with legal rights centers.

ACAD Finance Co. Ltd. signing ceremony

The Arab Centre for Agricultural Development (ACAD), the European Investment Bank (EIB), Solidarité Internationale pour le Développement (SIDI), Grameen Crédit Agricole Foundation, Triple Jump signed an equity agreement for a total amount of USD 5.3 million*. The financial contract was signed today in Ramallah,under the auspices of the Governor of the Palestinian Monetary Authority, by the EIB Vice-President Philippe de Fontaine Vive, Hasib Nashashibi, Chairman of the board of ACAD, Christian Schmitz, Chief Executive Officer ofSIDI,Jürgen Hammer, Chief Investment Officer at Grameen Crédit Agricole Microfinance Foundation and Eelco Mol, Fund Manager at Triple Jump.
